We serve a wide area in the Central and South Iowa regions. We currently serve Marion County, Mahaska County, Wapello County, Poweshiek County, Jasper County, Monroe County, Davis County and beyond depending on scope of work.

How do you determine pricing for your services?

Our pricing is based on a combination of factors in your home including:

Square Footage
Number of People Living in the Home
Pets
Number of Bedrooms
Number of Bathrooms
Special Materials such as Glass Shower Doors, Marble, Stone, Tile and Grout, etc.

Do you bring your own supplies?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we provide all of our equipment, supplies and products for your clean. We bring our own vacuum cleaners, but are happy to use a client's working vacuum at their request.

All homes are required to have a toilet bowl brush in each bathroom and a roll of paper towels readily available.

How soon can I book an appointment?

Accepted Answer

We are usually booking 1-2 weeks out in our schedule, but you can always be added to our cancellation list for an earlier appointment.
